What happens to the parrots when the pirates are taken into custody?

while the protection of innocent human life from the pirates is my primary concern, I hope these magnificent birds are treated humanely and rehabilitated back into the wild. too often in the past we have seen animals suffer for the wrondgoing of their caretakers.
